Anybody can become a Wheel Burners club member. We encourage memberships because that "up front" money allows us to meet our January annual fixed expenses such as NRA insurance and range lease. In addition to annual expenses we have to pay for targets, tape, paint, and a per-shooter range fee at each event. At special events we provide some great food and special prizes. Every year the goal is to pay all the expenses, have some fun and end up a little ahead so we can add to our range equipment and pay our bills in a timely manner.

An annual membership entitles the member to shoot 2 of the monthly events at the member price. If all 3 monthly events will be shot (rimfire/revolver/special), then the Annual Membership is increased. Annual memberships for 2 and 3 events are per the tables below, prorated by quarters.

Wheel Burners members also are allowed access to the 4 rented bays at any time a regular event is not in progress. Access comes with the responsibility of cleaning up and following some basic guidelines, but it is otherwise unrestricted.

Event fees are two-tiered to allow for members and non-members.

All participants are expected to help setup and tear down a club match. We encourage our more experienced members to run a monthly match and/or design stages.

We carry full accident and liability insurance for all participants.
